Non-conventional procedures enlarge radius: How a process has an effect also under the surface.

Progressive processing gets under your skin

In industrial processing of organic and inorganic basic material supply of energy in form of heat plays a substantial role.

The main challenge for drying processes, aging procedures, chemical reactions or preparation of food consists in a possibly steady heating  of the material with a rather short stay in the oven at the same time.

Conventional procedures such as infrared radiation or heating by hot gases or liquids only have the effect of heating the material from the outside. Warming itself is effected by heat conduction and due to the procedure itself this may result in time losses.

A nearly perfect way of quickly and completely  heating such goods  offers microwave heating. With the help of this also specific products with  a high level of quality and quantity which need volumetric heating can be processed.

The AFT solution: Advice for process analysis and choice of microwave heating; our specialists look after you during the project! development and use of efficient products for a producive microwave system.
