Ferrites
As a pioneer in the production of low-loss non-reciprocal microwave components we only use high-quality carefully chosen ferrite raw  materials.

The garnets and spinels used by us offer a high choice of crystal structures and material components. Depending on its composition they dispose of different electric and magnetic characteristics.

Our development team takes advantage of this variety. For here we are in a position to deliberately combine ferrite material of different ranges of frequency. This augments our flexibility and enables to act as per  the necessity of specific projects of our customers with reference to losses, power permanence, bandwidth and temperature stability and to realize them to this effect.

AFT ferrites are produced as magnetic ceramics with polycrystalline structure and high density, of course always in controlled quality.

Dielectrics
Low-loss dielectric ceramics complete our material program. In dependence of the required features like dielectric constant, loss factor and thermal parameters we are specialised on the processing of high-quality dielectrics like Al₂O₃, AIN, TiO₂, CaMgTiO₃ or other ceramics.

Ceramic processing
Our modern ceramic production line allows highly precise processing of
ferrite and dielectric ceramics. We process ceramics in nearly any shape from cylindrical resonators up to thin film substrates with highest surface quality.

The special AFT-combination of high-quality and exactly processed material enables optimal performance for each application.
