Extreme conditions spur us on
In satellite communication as well as in radar technology, signals are sent and received at microwave frequencies. Reliability and durability under extreme conditions are particularly important here.
The higher the frequency and data transfer rates, the higher the requirements are for the quality of the materials (low losses) and for the compactness and performance of components and circuits.
Modern radar systems with passive or active phase-controlled antennas benefit from our low-loss phase shifters for beam control and compact circulators as duplexers or transmitter-receiver switches in modern T/R modules. Isolators reliably protect and stabilize modern semiconductor amplifiers.
We achieve the lowest possible losses at very high frequencies because we produce hybrid circuits ourselves with particularly low-loss microwave ferrites and can design them perfectly for every component and subsystem. This is what makes them so powerful and robust. Our compact AFT circulators, isolators, loads and thin-film based microwave integrated circuits ensure:
- Development from a single source for top performance
- High system performance and efficiency thanks to low losses and high isolation
- Compact system integration
- Extremely reliable in operation under extreme environmental conditions (MIL, space)
- Continuous, trouble-free operation
- Low operating and low maintenance costs
