High-end microwave ferrites are not only the functional heart of our circulators, isolators and fast ferrite tuners, but also a real guarantee of success for the high performance, power capability, reliability and longevity of our products.

The development of the materials and the entire production process, including stringent quality testing with measurement of all crucial material parameters, have been taking place in-house for decades. This sets us apart from the competition and makes us independent.

We manufacture the ferrites completely in our ceramic production line, from grinding and mixing metal oxide powders and rare earths, to pressing and sintering at temperatures of more than 1200°C. We also process the sintered pieces with special grinding tools and bring the ferrites to narrowly tolerated final dimensions.

Our portfolio of microwave ferrites consists of spinels and garnets and serves a wide range of applications and operating frequencies. The materials are designed for the highest performance requirements such as maximum power capability, minimal losses and high temperature stability and strong thermomechanical resilience. These properties, in conjunction with stringent quality control, are key factors for the realization of our reliable high-performance circulators.
