Every product that leaves our company is designed for maximum performance. So that you can be sure that this is accessed reliably and optimally, we support our customers worldwide during commissioning upon request. This starts with the experienced planning of tests. Our highly trained application engineers provide you with on-site consultancy, support and confidence during the installation and commissioning of your test stand or entire system – for individual projects, prototypes or pre-series and of course also for large quantities.

Nevertheless, even long-lasting, largely maintenance-free products require special care at some point. In the event of an incident, we will quickly provide clarity and remedy at your location or in our responsible department so that, ideally, your system does not come to a standstill.

Even after many years of using our products, we provide continued support and service. Depending on your needs and based on a solid analysis within our company, we offer the replacement of ferrites, the upgrade of hardware, refurbishment, tests / re-tuning and other services.
